Elke Satzger studierte Kunstgeschichte, Germanistik und Ethnologie in München, besuchte die Burda-Journalistenschule und arbeitet als Redakteurin. Sie besuchte Schreibworkshops bei renommierten Autoren. Zuletzt erschien von ihr „Lotti kann nicht pupsen“, demnächst entführt sie ihre Leser mit „Finnja Feentochter“ in ein magisches Abenteuer.
